Our aim is to raise young people’s aspirations and to develop their employability skills through work related learning.

Many Education Business Partnerships have disappeared in the last ten years, but BEST hasn’t – established in 1993 and still offering the same service (and more) to schools and employers across London.

The BEST Work Experience Team (Business and Education Succeeding Together) connects young people with meaningful workplace opportunities across Wandsworth and neighbouring boroughs.
Working in partnership with employers, schools, colleges, and community organisations, the team helps students develop employability skills, gain valuable industry insight, and explore future career pathways.

Through high-quality work experience placements, employer engagement, and school assemblies and presentation, BEST supports young people to build confidence, raise aspirations, and successfully transition into further education, apprenticeships, and employment.
