Form the Future works with school students to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to move from education into a rewarding and successful career. We break down barriers in STEM, tackle misconceptions around apprenticeships and work to ensure that every young person in the region has access to careers guidance and support – helping them to achieve their goals. 

We act as a bridge, connecting schools and colleges with an extensive network of inspirational business professionals, while at the same time helping local businesses to safeguard their talent pipeline and inspire the next generation.  

We are delivering the apprenticeships hub for the Greater Cambridge Partnership and supporting the ESF funded Target Apprenticeships across the wider region. We perform the Enterprise Coordinator role on behalf of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority, and we’re supporting careers education in three Opportunity Areas: Norwich, Ipswich and Fenland and East Cambridgeshire. We also run Cambridge LaunchPad for local STEM employers, provide an impartial careers advice service and support work experience programmes for more than 2,000 young people. 

And we bring it all together seamlessly, providing a high-quality, high-impact brokerage and event delivery service between schools and businesses, and a memorable experience for students.
